A retail company
without the wait.
Zero Wait Labs sells everyday things through its own vending machines, placed where people already are. We own the machines, stock them and run them. Q0 is the first line.
Mission, vision and how we work.
India, minus the wait.
Put the everyday things people need in their hands the moment they need them. No queue, no closing time, no wasted trip.
An India where nobody waits for the everyday.
How we work
- 01Seconds count. We judge everything we build by the wait it removes.
- 02Always open. The machines don’t close, and neither does help.
- 03Honest machines. If something goes wrong, we refund it. Most refunds start by themselves.
- 04Built for India.UPI first, priced in rupees, made for Indian streets, power cuts and 4G.
- 05Small things, done right.Everyday things, kept simple and kept in stock.
It starts in Kochi.
Zero Wait Labs is based in Kochi, Kerala. The first machine carries the plate KL 07 Q0 0001: KL 07 is Ernakulam district, Q0 is the series and 0001 is the machine. It is switching on soon in Kochi. Every machine after it gets its own plate, so a customer can always tell us exactly which one they mean.
We build for Indian streets: UPI first, prices in rupees, and machines that cope with power cuts and patchy 4G.
